SawWorks at ArchitectureWorks
ArchitectureWorks aspires to create memorable places through the exploration of the dialogue between architecture and its surroundings.  In acquiring the old Birmingham Publishing Building in 1999, ArchitectureWorks sought to establish an environment that would encourage the community to become exposed to the art of architecture.  The multi-function space, SawWorks, was designed to serve as additional meeting space, as well as a venue for community interaction.

Dunedin Leisure Lodge
The Dunedin Leisure Lodge was formerly home to the McGavin Brewery, which operated on site from 1882-1976. While the rooms and parts of the building have changed over the years to offer all the modern comforts you would expect, you can still explore the grounds and visit the Oast House, which survives from the brewery days and now serves as a meeting room.
